XX. Using PhotoDay Dashboard
PhotoDay Dashboard is an app that enables photographers to watch their sales stream into their PhotoDay account at any place, any time. As a PhotoDay user, you no longer have to view the sales from a computer but instead receive notifications via your phone or apple watch every time a sale rolls in. Download Dashboard for iOS or Android. Learn More on the website.
Dashboard gives you a summary of your sales from today, this week, this month, this year, lifetime, Lifetime AOV, orders, credits sold, and even #PD100’s. Another perk to having the app is that you can also share your #PD100 sales (or any others you’re excited about) directly to the PhotoDay Facebook Users Group! We love cheering each other on and sharing our successes. Multiple poses and looks are a major contributor to large order values, so this is the perfect way to share among the PhotoDay community and get inspired! Here’s how to share to the Facebook group:
Once you have the Dashboard app downloaded to your device, click on it to open and log in using you studio email and password.
Once logged in, you will see an overview of your sales, orders, credits, and #PD100s.
Head over to the bottom of the screen where you will see #PD100 and click on it.
Here you will see a list of all the orders that have an order value over $100. Select the order that you would like to share on the Facebook Group.
Click on the Order summary at the top to open the share screen.
From here, click on the Facebook icon. This will open up a screen where you can now write a fun caption to go along with your amazing sale! Click "next" at the top right corner to continue.
We want to make sure that we post on the correct group. To do this, click on "Group" and scroll through the list until you find "PhotoDay Users".
Now, all you have to do is hit share to post! Sharing your favorite orders couldn't be more easy.
Also, please note that you can also edit your push notification settings by heading to the settings tab in the Dashboard app! This will inform you of either all orders, credit orders or PD100 orders that you receive.
